Cancellation and refund policy for the AI Training Programme.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
14+ days before cohort start
Full refund — no questions asked.
7–13 days before cohort start
50% refund of the registration fee.
Less than 7 days before cohort start
No refund is available. However, you may transfer your enrolment to the next available cohort at no additional cost.
Transfers
Your registration is transferable to another person at any time before the cohort begins. Simply contact us with the details of the replacement participant.
Cancellation by Digital Tempo
Digital Tempo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort at any time. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by Digital Tempo, all registered participants will receive a full refund or may transfer to the rescheduled date at no extra cost.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation or transfer, please contact us at russell@digitaltempo.nz. Include your full name, email address, and cohort date in your request.
General Terms
By registering for the AI Training Programme, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
Digital Tempo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes.
